Prior to joining Spronk Water Engineers in 2009, Mrs. Welsh worked for over two years as an environmental consultant. Heidi is responsible for compilation and analysis of water resources, water rights and hydrologic data. She provides engineering support for quantification of historic use of irrigation water rights, including consumptive use analysis, depletion analysis, and analysis of diversion and reservoir storage records.  Mrs. Welsh is experienced in using GIS software in performing analyses and preparing maps and exhibits.
