Kelsey is responsible for the compilation and analysis of water resources, water rights and hydrologic data.  Other duties include mapping and analysis of water data using GIS software and weekly water supply accounting.  Prior to joining Spronk Water Engineers in 2011, Kelsey spent two years as an Application Engineer performing feasibility, productivity, and net present value analyses and two summers as a Civil Engineering Intern performing environmental and transportation consulting duties.
